Full Description: Course Description: This school focuses on areas in which the chief executive officer is responsible. Topics include leadership challenges, policy development, human resource topics, the link between the organization and the environment, legal aspects of police administration, ethical leadership, financial management, the importance of the discipline process and leading organizational change.

Who Should Attend: This course is designed for the administrative/management employee of a criminal justice agency. Patrol employees attending this class should be a lieutenant or higher or in an equivalent civilian position.
