On behalf of Colonel Michael Turner, the Training Division is pleased to announce a special training event on Leadership and teamwork, delivered by nationally recognized speaker and law enforcement veteran, Paul D. Butler.  Leveraging his 27-year career in public service, including experience as a chief of police and FBI National Academy graduate, Mr. Butler will present a unique and inspiring perspective on how every employee, regardless of rank, can be an effective leader.

The presentation will be held in conjunction with the Commanders Conference on January 28th, 2026. It will start at 1:00 pm at Concord Baptist Church, 3724 West Truman Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

This training is open to all MSHP employees who are committed to continuous professional growth. We encourage you to take advantage of this impactful training opportunity to enhance team cohesion and overall effectiveness.
