Management Development Programs - 2025 First Line Supervision (May)

Full Description: Prerequisite:  None

Course Description:  Subject areas include supervisory liability, communication, employee performance appraisal, motivational principles, leadership, planning, ethics, cultural diversity, resolving conflict, organizing, and discipline.

Who Should Attend:  The First-Line Supervision School is designed for the newly-promoted or soon-to-be promoted first-line supervisor.

Cost:
$425 - tuition and meals
$50 per day for lodging
***Academy lodging is limited for 2025 and will be granted if it is available, if not you will be notified via email and will need to make other arrangements.

Tuition/Registration Fees:  Registration fees are due 7 business days prior to the start of the class, if not paid by that time the student will not be allowed to attend the course.  Forty-eight (48) hour notice of cancellation is required for full tuition refund.  Exceptions to the refund policy will be made at the discretion of the Director of Training.

Continuing Education Hours:
10 hours of Technical Studies
28 hours of Interpersonal Perspectives
  1 hours of Legal Studies

Mineral Area College Credit:  2 hours
